Students are enrolled in regular classes and ESL language classes if their English is sufficiently different from Standard English, to develop their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in order to be successful in their studies.
The goal is to enable students to achieve academic fluency and to support their integration into regular classes as soon as their language skills indicate there is a reasonable expectation for success.
