The 30th annual D.W. Poppy Car Show lucked into sunny skies on Sunday, May 7.

The secondary school hosts the car show every year, with proceeds from car registrations and entrants benefitting school programs.

This year’s Best in Show Judges’ Choice award went to a 1911 Ford Torpedo, one of the oldest cars in the show.

There were also awards for best rat rod, best muscle car, best street rod, best import, best interior, best engine bay, and more. The Best Student Vehicle prize went to a 1977 Ford Mustang.
