In April 1st, 2016, Mrs. Masuyama and Mrs. Sekine delivered a presentation about Japan, including information on Japanese customs, calligraphy and the traditional Kimono outfit at Aldergrove Secondary School. It was a great opportunity for students to learn about Japan.

Gr.12 Japanese student, Kentaro Kajima assisted the presentation.

A Canadian student was dressed in a kimono – she looks pretty!

Calligraphy – students were shown how to write their names in Japanese and then tried writing with a traditional brush and ink!
